Canceling or Changing Plans

Flexibility to change your plan anytime.

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrades: Take effect immediately, prorated for the current period.

Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Tell us why (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

  • Access continues until period end
  • Your data is retained for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime
  • Conversation history remains accessible

Reactivating

To reactivate a canceled subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click "Reactivate"
  4. Choose a plan
