Payment Methods and Billing

Manage your payment methods and billing preferences.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Corporate cards

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Add Payment Method"
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Click "Save"

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Edit" next to your card
  3. Update the details
  4. Click "Save"

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month
  • Annual plans are billed once per year
  • Usage-based charges appear on your next invoice

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll email you immediately
  2. You have 7 days to update your payment method
  3. Service continues during the grace period
