What's Logged

Every action is logged:

• User sign-ins and sign-outs
• Conversation creation and deletion
• Settings changes
• Admin actions
• API key usage

Accessing Logs

1. Go to Admin Console > Audit Logs
2. Filter by date, user, or action type
3. Export as CSV or JSON

Log Entry Details

Each entry includes:

• Timestamp (UTC)
• User email
• Action type
• IP address
• User agent
• Additional context

Retention

• Standard: 90 days
• Enterprise: 1 year
• Extended retention available on request

SIEM Integration

Export logs to your SIEM:

1. Go to Admin Console > Integrations
2. Configure SIEM webhook
3. Select events to forward

Supported: Splunk, Datadog, Elastic, custom webhooks.

Generate compliance reports:

• SOC 2 evidence packages
• GDPR data processing records
• Custom audit reports
