Directory Sync with SCIM

Automatically provision and deprovision users.

What is SCIM?

SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) automatically syncs your directory with TaskForceAI:

• New employees get access automatically
• Departed employees lose access immediately
• Groups and roles stay in sync

Setup

Step 1: Generate SCIM Token

1. Go to Admin Console > Directory Sync
2. Click "Generate SCIM Token"
3. Copy and securely store the token

Step 2: Configure Your IdP

Enter these details in your identity provider:

• SCIM URL: https://api.taskforceai.chat/scim/v2
• Token: Your generated token

Step 3: Configure Sync

Choose what to sync:

• Users (required)
• Groups (optional)
• Custom attributes (optional)

Step 4: Enable Sync

1. Click "Enable Directory Sync"
2. Run initial sync
3. Verify users appear correctly

Troubleshooting

• Check SCIM logs in Admin Console
• Verify token hasn't expired
• Ensure IdP has correct permissions
