Your conversations sync automatically across all devices.
How Sync Works
When you're signed in:
- New conversations appear on all devices
- Message history syncs in real-time
- Settings sync across devices
- Archive and delete actions sync
Sync Status
Check sync status:
- Look for the sync indicator in the sidebar
- Green = synced
- Yellow = syncing
- Red = sync error
Troubleshooting Sync
If sync isn't working:
- Check your internet connection
- Sign out and back in
- Force close and reopen the app
- Check status page for issues
Offline Mode
When offline:
- You can view previous conversations
- New messages queue for sending
- Sync resumes when online
Selective Sync
On mobile, you can limit sync to save data:
- Go to Settings > Sync
- Choose "Sync over Wi-Fi only"
